Our team rehabbed the dilapidated building, adding a colonnade and sweeping front porch, to create an imposing first impression. Opening the first floor transformed the former classroom into an elegant living room. Additions include a 2-storey family room, 3-car garage, guest apartment and architectural details that honor the past while bringing the 19th century building into the 21st century.
